EULA - End User License Agreement

1. Twilight grants the user one license to install this software on any personal machines they own (laptop/desktop etc..) The software may be used on more than one computer if it is for personal use by a single person or family members. 2. The software is protected by the copyright laws of the U.S. and other countries, and we retain all intellectual property rights in the software. You may not separately publish, sell, market, distribute, lend, lease, rent, or sublicense the software. 3. We have taken all reasonable steps to keep the software free of viruses, and spyware 4. We do not warrant that the software or your ability to use it will be uninterrupted or error-free due to the inherent complexity of software and the need for our software to operate through 3rd party drivers and variations in system setups. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the product is error free.
